Good aftersales service from Sigma representative

Hi,<br> I just want to take this opportunity and complimenting Tudortech, and especially Carrie-Ann in good customer services through the upgrade of my Sigma lenses firmware. She was very knowledgeable during telephone discussions also with reference to t the SIgma products and ensured that I received my lenses in almost better condition than sent to them ( I believe the also cleaned it further and not just firmware upgrades).<br> Carrie-Ann thanks a lot for your support - keep up the good work!<br> Regards<br> Fanie Vermaak
