Dyson Vacuum cleaner for dog doesn't even pick up dust

Bought a Dyson DC23 vacuum cleaner especially to pick up dog hair aged years ago. I paid R5000 for this vacuum corner and today it can't even pick up dust. The biggest waste of money i have made. Do not buy this product.
