Dyson & Tudortech

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner (will never buy another Dyson product ever!) and Tudortech are the agents. They took my money almost R8000 and 3 months later, I still do not have my vacuum cleaner back. They will not respond to emails and when you do phone them, they provide lame excuses like both the technicians are off sick! Really! And you have to pay for the spares upfront, again really!
