Dyson replacement batteries have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks?! this is really bad service

I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner from Dyson. now the battery is broken. I've been trying to order a new replacement battery from Tudortech in Cape Town for 1.5 weeks now. There is never a response to my emails. And when I called, they at Tudortech Cape Town told me that the delivery time for a replacement battery takes 6-8 weeks. sometimes longer. I would never buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner here in South Africa again. Because now I have no vacuum cleaner for over 2 months?! This is a really very bad service. My recommendation to everyone: buy another vacuum cleaner with a cable. They are cheaper and the service is better!
