Dyson nightmare
Their customer service department is shocking! At first I thought it was just the specific person I was dealing with but upon further google and Hello Peter reviews it seems its the norm. NO communication not even a single reply so frustrating why would one continue to support a high end brand with no after sales service. Love my Dyson but with the level of service received I would sadly not want to invest in more of their items.
