This red star is only given to alert future buyers of the horrifying experience I had with this company. After numerous calls and explanations, all my efforts to have my Dyson vacuum cleaner in working order again were fruitless. I have never ever come across a business with this kind of attitude. There is just absolutely no respect. They promise, and then they make new empty promises again and again without the least bit of earnestness. I will never ever buy any Dyson product again. How can a vacuum cleaner cost R15 000 and not be repaired within the warranty time? This is absolutely shocking and there is just no shame!!! A total horrific experience with a brand I was looking forward to.
