Do not buy dyson products from tudortech
Unbeknownst to me I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner from Tudortech through their resell distributor/partner Showspace.
I paid over R12k for the item at the start of February and have used it for one week before it stopped working.
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Showspace / Tudortech. Today, after 4 months since payment I have heard it will take another 4-6 weeks to get the parts to do the repair - all of this on a brand new item!!!???
DO NOT BUY DYSON PRODUCTS FROM THEM!
Least they can do is offer another vacuum cleaner as it is impossible to survive without one for more than 6 months.

29 Jul 2024, 13:25Ok so I received a loan unit. Loan unit does not include any of the accessories and…. Unit is slightly damaged so not working properly.
Getting no response on my whatsapps / emails. Also not sure what has happened to my original machine i paid R12k for.
It has now been 6 months sine i bought this item and i have not been able to use it.
Want to pull my hair out. Dont buy from tudortech they are useless / *****ulen!!
