Disappointing, ****.

I must be honest I can not even give this business a one star rating. I find them ********* with zero communication. Due to this service I will never buy a Dyson product ever again. I have submitted my Dyson in for repair after the quote I have never received any updates from them. After 4 months I have requested my item to be returned. I have requested a refund which I am still waiting for. Nothing was repaired on the item.

After numerous phone calls I am frustrated and disappointed that a business can operate in this manner.

To date I have also not received any feedback or communication from the supposedly manager.
