beyond useless company

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. sent my vacuum in for a minor repair and a service, came back with second hand parts and the housing damaged. i was then told after numerous following up from my side(because these idiots do not call back or reply to mails) that i would receive a replacement unit. I was meant to receive my vacuum late last week. after many calls and Faeeza always busy on a call or on lunch i was told they will check with dispatch to see when it will be delivered. this morning i was told it has been approved and i will receive it on monday???? lies lies lies Faeeza is beyond useless. the manager Fatima just as useless, if she replies its with an e-mail with no feedback and then she constantly makes excuses for Faeeza on this forum. i would not buy a Dyson purely because of this useless company
