Beware of Poor Service – Tudortech Bryanston Dyson Repairs

I want to share my frustrating experience with Tudortech Bryanston regarding my Dyson vacuum repair. Since September, I have been trying to get updates on my vacuum, but despite numerous emails, I have received no response.

I paid nearly R4,000 for the repair, yet no one can confirm where my vacuum is or provide any details about the repair status. The assigned technician, Austin Cokoto, has failed to return my calls or respond to emails.

This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. If you're considering Tudortech Bryanston for repairs, be aware of their poor service and unresponsiveness.
