BE WARNED

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They were very keen on servicing my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Send a courier to collect it ect. … THEN THE SILENCE!!!! No response on emails, not answering the phones … NOTHING. We actually had to drive 2 hours to this business to make sure they actually exist. THEY DO!!! but good luck to anyone who send their Dyson products here to be serviced..They promised me a technical report from the technician…that same day … THAT WAS 4 days ago… NOTHING!! Dyson South AFRICA SHOULD BE ASHAMED for recommending this company to service the products their clients buy from them… ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED
