Bad Service!

Tudortech has the worst customer service! I tried numerous times for them to send me a quote on a Dyson vacuum part. They never got back to me. After 3 days of e mailing and numerous phone calls I was finally able to get a quote and pay for the part. A week later and I still haven’t received a delivery confirmation. After phoning numerous times again, I found out the part hasn’t even been send. Absolutely unacceptable!!
