Back up service non existent

Hi I bought a Dyson it failed within a month I sent 4 emails for it to get returned or fixed but I did not even get a reply. Now I am stuck with an expensive vacuum that does not work. Imagine surprising your wife with such a vacuum only for us to have no way of getting it fixed. I understand products fail but at least respond. I dont know how to get this resolved. I have no idea. I demand it repaired or replaced.
