Avoid buying Dyson products - agents are beyond useless

Don’t ever buy Dyson products or any other product that Tudortech needs to supply spares for!! I have been trying to buy a filter for our very expensive Dyson air purifier for ONE YEAR!! Constant emails to *** & individuals at TudorTech that are ignored. I’ve spoken to many different people on the phone who take my email address and promise to send an invoice (they do have stock!!) but never email. We are desperate as we cannot use the air purifier we bought! @Home should not sell Dyson products when spares are impossible to come by. Just look at the 60 1-star google reviews! HelloPeter has 89 1-star reviews! This must be a record for THE WORST customer service available in South Africa.
