Avoid at all costs- pathetic service

14 weeks for a Dyson vacuum cleaner repair is an unacceptable period of time to wait for a repair. Tudortech is damaging the Dyson name. Staff are non responsive - phones are not answered - updates are not given - no loan machine was available. This level of service is unacceptable by all accounts. Dyson is a fantastic brand until it needs to be repaired in South Africa. Service is so bad I would sooner consider another brand before buying a Dyson.
