Atrocious Service

**ATROCIOUS service.** I absolutely loved my Dyson, but after my machine broke and I experienced such poor service from Tudortech — weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups just to get a response — I simply don't have the mental energy to go through that process again. It's incredibly frustrating. Sadly, despite loving the product, I'll be looking at another brand for my next vacuum because the after-sales service has completely put me off.
