Abysmal service - Tudortech dyson

After a month of calls I finally received my Unit that went in for a service. I can only wonder if the main body was replaced as they quoted or was it just cleaned. After paying a hefty bill, the unit was promised to be delivered the next day. This did not happen and I only received the unit 5 days later. When I requested that the defective part be sent with the repaired unit, the forgot... then the next day, a "main body" of unknown origin was delivered that does not even resemble my unit. I also requested the repair report but was only given the quote with a stamp on it stating " Delivery Note". When questioned, the driver shrugged his shoulders and left. The repairs administrator would not return email qureies when questioned about the service. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
