Absolutely PATHETIC!

Tudortech does not even deserve 1 star, they should get -10!

I sent my Dyson vacuum cleaner in 3 weeks ago and sending follow up emails where they say in their "Do not Reply" email, ***, "We are currently reviewing your enquiry and will contact you in the next 24 hours", they do not. I then phoned them 3 times and was told that their technician hasn't been at work but they will send me a quote the following day. They have 1 technician??? Pathetic. I am still waiting just to get a quote. I have since spoken to another company to ask if they work on Dyson products, they have always given me good service on my electrical products and the owner said if it's just an electrical problem he will repair it but if it requires a spare part, forget it.
