Unprofessional and extremely poor customer service

It has been over 2 weeks since trying and attempting to get toner replaced on a photocopier that is on contract with TSL. When phoning the company, one gets little to no response on the progress and handed from one *********** person to the next. Each time it’s a whole different story with no result and still no toner.
