Worst service for regarding application submitted 6 months before deadline

App**** to TUT in June 2018 for following year and submitted all supporting documents online. Come December they say i must resubmit documents and i do, this is first communication since June. Come January 1 no reply. We upload again . After countless uploads, phones calls and emails sent to Admissions. We informed around the 20th January that course is full, nobody had bothered to check the application since June 2018. Worst service of my life, i cant believe they promote an online service and then not monitor it at all. How can we apply in June 2018 and tell me in January 20th that course is full. We found that that profile had not been checked at all
