We don't want people from outside

<p>So I app**** to the Tshwane University of Technology for my fourth year in biokinetics putting sport and excercise technology as my second option. I've been calling. The institution for the past 3 weeks following up on my application and have been getting the incorrect referrals, today I finally get the correct department and they tell me they don't want students from other universities. I'm lost for words. I don't know how that makes any sense and why I had to call them for 3 weeks straight to finally learn that information</p>
