City of Tshwane Dept. Of Water and Sanitation. I reported burst pipe at my gate on the 4th of September 2024.,made follow up and countless call. Water flooding in my yard, yesterday called again, multiple times and told they are on their way and 22:00 pm water pressure bacame worse. My yard flooded didn't sleep and outside the gate there's a hole where the pipe bursted and my car can get stuck. After countless follow up water still flooding my yard since Wednesday and told the call should have been attended to already. Call will be escalated which I have been told.We involved ward councilor. My yard flooded. We received the worst service ever. Tshwane water and Sanitation department is a disgrace. Hasn't slept for 2 nights, have kids to take to school whole my gate is blocked to pass through and guarding water all night and unplanned leaves at work.
