Unprofessional admin

<p>The admin office at the Arcadia Campus is totally unprofessional. They apparently close early on a day before a holiday but they do not notify any students. Multiple students were denied entrance to print academic records or results, which they had already paid for. Firstly, they closed the entrance gates 15 minutes before the closing time we were never told about. They never even told the students when to come back for results.</p> <p>When I called the office, she never cared whether or not I paid or the fact that they will never accept this year's receipt next year. I told her I'd report her for her disgusting attitude and she said she doesn't care. This is the third incident of experiencing unprofessional attitude. </p> <p>The first was with Refiloe at the Bursary office at Main Campus who refused multiple times with my bursary refund because, I quote, "I have a deadline, I'm too busy to deal with this right now". When all she had to do was give me a simple form to fill in</p> <p>The second was with the lady at the information desk at Arcadia who made me wait almost three weeks for my fees quotation, which she never sent. I had to ask someone in the next cubicle to perhaps look for a printout if there was one</p>
