TUT's Lazy stunts

Tshwane University of Technology??Their consultants. First of all I don't think they love their jobs they hate helping us .2nd of all,when calling I'll be using prepaid airtime. They let their phones ring for a long time. and even though they have that recorder that announces that they are busy you can tell when they are simply just ignoring our calls. The more a phone rings and makes me wait my airtime is not waiting and the moment they pickup the phone my airtime is exhausted . I've been calling for the flippin past week ??and I'm running out of time when I finally find them I get a stupid consultant who tells me I must stop giving him my ID numbers 1by1 but just say them all at once fine I did that and then he continues to ask "mam what did you say was after 4 ? " what did you say was after one ????when we were done with step one my airtime was exhausted ok I called again and this time i got transferred from one call to another until they transferred me to City of Tshwane ???I knew then I was defeated after dealing with their attitudes,waiting and waiting on their busy busy busy line I still did not get help this weekend their applications close and they are unable to help. ??
