Tut system is zero friendly

I'm having a bad client experience with Tshwane university of technology I'm been trying to call all the numbers on the system,been sending all the emails regarding the admission application with now response from anyone including their complainant department that I wrote emails to.their system is not user friendly at all..then closing date is tomorrow 31 July for law qualification and I have days been trying to apply and the system does not show any qualification and when you call or email admission department to assist you do not get any response and I have already paid the admin fee R240..so I'm giving them zero rating...
