Tut qualifications miscommunication

I have studied a diploma in purchasing management with Tshwane university of technology unfortunately they changed diploma to logistics management. According to the records I have done all the required subjects to qualify for diploma , I had several meeting with management and they advise me to complete forms for exemption even today nothing has happened, the challenge here is all departmental issues because other subjects offered in logistics but are for other department like Practical Accounting so it’s difficult for the same Institution to get relevant approvals for my qualification. I cannot move forward now because Tshwane University of Technology fails me, I have struggle with the same problem for about 3 year. kindly assist or escalate the matter to relevant HOD because the HOD for Logistics Management approved other subjects.

I have contracted tut no response at all. If they pick up call they end up dropping it.
