TUT LECTURER LACKS HOME TRAINING

I'll get straight to the point... 13 October 2018 professor R***, a TUT lecturer at the soshanguve north campus, displayed behaviour that would suggest a lack of home training. I consulted with him about my academics to which he gave me a uniform answer. After being answered I stayed around and listened to other student's queries because perhaps the information might be of benefit to me. I asked him another question to which his response was again, uniform. He continued ask me whether or not I didn't hear the announcement he made during the previous weeks class. I responded by saying that I didn't attend the class because I was sick, so the information I have is hearsay and that is why I'm asking him directly for the correct information to address my confusion. He responded rudely by saying that I should get away from him. Needless to say I was shocked by his response. I politely asked a question to remove any confusion I might have and with no provocation he responded rudely to me. He continued with his disgusting behaviour after I've told him how uncalled for him was. He's response showed no remorse nor regret. In fact he was proud of how he behaved. Professor R*** is an employee of TUT and represents the university at all times. Is he the kind of lecturers you employ and trust to help and support students with their academic activities? This means that TUT could care less about their students because the lecturers are so ill mannered. Considering the recent student scandal, amongst many others, you'd expect lecturers to exercise a bit more customer service. But then again this is expected of the TUT soshanguve North campus. Your staff must stop undermining students just because they are clouded by the "status" of being a lecturer or former Dean. Disciplinary measures must be taken against this lecturer as it is not the first time he has done this to students. If he continues with his behaviour he represents TUT negatively and that is the last thing the University needs so soon after its recent scandal.
