trying to apply online before closing date

<p>i have been trying to apply online since last month and i am unable to do so due to the error </p> <p>that am getting when am trying to apply. i called TUT numerous times but with no luck </p> <p>when i get hold to someone they keep transfering me from post to pillar </p> <p>am so so angry at this univeristy </p>
