Qualification

I am tut graduates, I am not happy with tut graduation office, I have sent many emails requesting my qualification, I made calls but no one is answering, from the admin side, no one is helping. I made sure to pay for my outstanding fees, but trust me, it is a struggle to get a qualification sent/ or couriered to me since no one is answering my calls. I am about to lose my job now because my employer needs my qualification, but tut *********** graduation and admin office they are not doing their work, not responding our emails, not answering our calls. This is frustrating. with high unemployment in SA, yet tut is not its work. I need my qualification ASAP
