Poor admission service at tshwane university of technology

When I had thought it's the best varsity of technology but then their service is poorer.i had app**** at TUT from April,paid admission fee and uploaded outstanding documents.ite been months now my status hasn't changed its still on money omitted.whem you try to reach out their phones aren't going through ,you try reaching out through email still get no response.
