not taking people's future serious

good day my sister app**** for admission in June 2018 at TUT, 3 months after that i called to make a follow up and i was told that her application is still in process of which was true i checked online. again 7months later the application is still in process, been trying to get hold of them since October 2018 but their phones rings without being answered also sent through emils.

my worry is classes are resuming next month yet my sister doesn't know where she stands also she cannot apply for re-admission because her application is still in process. it would be appreciated if Hellopeter could assist because we tried and failed.
