No service delivery: cannot register because systems don't work

<p>We have been trying to register my son for study next year. The online application system doesn't work, as the field for "ID" on the first page of the application process doesn't retain the ID. The the page won't go to "Next" because the field goes empty, and then on a second try it won't take any text at all. We then tried to submit the application by scanning the pages and sending by email, but we keep on getting an automatic response that tells us to apply online. We have tried to call many times, sometimes waiting on the line for up to ten minutes, but the call doesn't get picked up. But if you try the 086 number they give on the phone message, it doesn't even ring through at all. Now it is the day after registrations close: what are we to do?></p>
