no feedback since the january

<br> on the 20th of january 2015 i sent Marinda an email asking her which protocol to follow when i want to be credited for my subject,she then forwarded me all the information together with the application form.i then filled the application form forwarded back to her with the proof of payment,academic record and the sylabus from unisa.since then she stoped communicating with me .i tried to get hold of her but i couldnt,i then called Mrs joice Mashabela on the 24/02/2015 if she received any application for my course she said no.now i'm worried since the closing date is this week.this is affecting my future.
