Late husband Pension Fund.

Since I app**** my late husband's pension funds May 2021 and I have not received any communication from the TUT HR and the only response I receive when following up is that it takes long for the money to be released. How long is long and no proper answer. It seems like Tshwane University of Technology does not have a proper structure regarding our loved one' pension payment. Hello Peter please help me.
