Lack of Communication Regarding Master of Engineering Management Programme

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the lack of communication from the university concerning my registration for the Master of Engineering Management programme.

I have successfully registered for the course; however, the official start date has already passed, and to date, I have received no information regarding the commencement of classes, academic schedules, or any form of orientation. I have attempted to contact the university via email and telephone on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance.

This lack of communication and unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a reputable academic institution and causes significant stress and uncer*****y for students who have invested their time, resources, and trust in the university.
