Im not happy with the service TUT Financial Aid Office staff give us

During this lock down we were told the staff will be working at home but our emails and issues are not attended to we cannot get funding from nsfas because they are failing to send the documents needed to nsfas, but their children are not struggling their fees are being paid but we need to struggle
