I THINK IVE BEEN TAKEN FOR GRANTED BY TSHWANE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

My name is Adolph Puleng Mogashoa.I did a b-tech with tshwane university of technology.and i am left with one module to complete.i wanted to complete with them but now the qualification is phased out.i went to unisa to enquire and they said i can complete with them because they still offering the module.(RESEARCH METHODS AND TECHNIQUES)But i must get a letter to get permission to complete with UNISA.Since i started the process of getting that letter for permission is now three weeks because i am been referred from one person to another.now the sixth person i was reffered to send me the forms to complete to be granted permission.on the forms they want the syllabus for the module that unisa is offering.(maybe to compare with theirs).i told them unisa said they cannot print me the syllabus because i am not their active student.i also told them that unisa said i must download the syllabus from their website.but on the website i can only see the module but there is no syllabus.i even gave the code for the module.but still im not getting any help or response from them.I am not residing in pretoria but mpumalanga province.i am not working and everytime i go to them it cost me money and not getting any help.My worry is that i want to apply for admission with unisa for 2021 academic year.maybe my voice is not good enough to be heard.some of my emails are just ignored.may be they should get the syllabus from unisa because i failed because of not been their(unisa) active student.Your intervention will be highly appreciated.thank you
