Frustrated Delayed Graduate!

I registered in february for my last module, and I got no material and no assistance, I paid all my registration fees in february and still no response. This is delaying me from graduating and i cannot continue with my career. i also app**** for my BTECH, but I cannot register if I have not graduated.
