Frustrated

I did my application last year already and until today the status of my application is admitted without status I call TUT every day they take forever to answer they calls paid the application fee still no response no one cares about us here at TUT we apply on time and the response is never given what happens then to the money that I paid called an application fee if you not gonna attend to my application? Still waiting for my application status!
