Disgusting service

I have completed my Bed honors in foundation phase in 2020,due to covid 19 the graduation was canceled so I couldn't get my certificate as we were not allowed to go to another province due to pandemic, I send the email to the university asking for the certificate I was told they are no longer using post mail, I should send the courier to collect for me, of which I did but every time the courier comes back without certificate because there is no one to assist. Department of humanities is failing me
