Complaint falls on deaf ears

<p>We have an electrical problem at the TUT Soshanguve Sosh 5 W2 residence and recently two rooms at the second floor of the residence don't have any working lights. It's exam time and we have to use candles to study at night or make other means. We have reported the incident to the residence manager but she keeps telling us she reported the matter to the maintenance team . What angers me the most is that we weren't given any solutions for the problem,we have to make our own means of getting lights in our rooms. We pay to stay here but we are treated as though we are accomodated for free</p> <p> </p>
