BAD SERVICE!

I have been inquiring about getting syllabus and transcripts since the 19th of February 2019 I paid for everything to be done I was referred to Cliester Stanley but he is remains out of office they keep sending me from pillar to post I have had enough of this I WANT a refund this institution is very unprofessional and has NO customer service no one has been responding to my emails and when I call they do not answer the phones I need assistance because I want my money back since NO ONE can help me!
