Bad customer service

I have received bad customer service at Tshwane University of Technology and I am very disappointed...I spoke with a lady called Funeka Lubambo (Student Services-Management Sciences)when I was applying for a syllabus and academic transcript she assisted and advised on what to do and I paid n sent the proof of payment and documents on the 19 February 2019. I haven't received anything...she referred my query to stanely and gave me his email address but it's not working and when I call I get no response..please assist.....I really need help and no 1 is getting back to me.
