...and bad attitude

My younger brother's laptop was confiscated at the So****uve TUT campus on 23 February 2015. When asking the reason for this, they told him that it was because he didn't declare it. But, when he entered the campus, no one told him that he had to declare this laptop. I enquired with Adv. Refilwe Seshebo (or whatever her surname is)on what we can do to in order to get the laptop back, she was rude as was no help at all. I explained to her that the laptop belonged to me and that I purchased it over 5 years ago using cash. And so the receipt (or proof thereof) is not within my reach since I have moved a couple of times over the years since then and hence such things got lost in the process. She told me that an investigation has to be done and she couldn't indicate how long it would take. In the meantime, my younger brother (a student with no job, no money) will not have laptop (which he needs to assist him in his studies). <br> <br> Although I understand the impact and risk involved, I just think that this woman could at least have tried to assist us seeing that there could be a high possibility that it is indeed not ******. She was very vague in her answers and showed no interest at all.
