Worse service ever

Worse service ever.On Facebook they are praised a lot, I think it's people who have never used them.Thats where I first heard of them.3 years I go I opened a case with them.After I paid their deposit I am the one who constantly had to follow after them, they don't give you any update.They don't care at all, as long as they get the deposit. I started doing my own research about them, seems like their trackers also don't work, they can't recover cars.Dont make the same mistake I did.Ended up hiring another company. All that they did in the 3 years is to waiste my time and take my money without providing the service.
