Poor service after installation
We had cameras installed at our home by Tshenolo PI. My father had some technical issues with password resetting, which was reported on several occasions to no avail. We were assured that the technician would contact us, three weeks later no feedback has been received. My father has contacted them on facebook, i have contacted them via whatsapp. They promise to resolve the issue but do not. quite disappointed with the poor feedback because they are very active on social media

Nonsense company
Tshenolo PI worst experience I have ever received in my entire life , you do constant follow up , without even getting reply , my case has been on going for 1 year 6 months ,they only preach on social media about how good they are what I have experienced they do this for business and posting on social media that’s what they good at their page has turned into news room and I’m concerned many we complaining about them and nothing is done , it’s time we be heared

DISAPPOINTED
This PI only works on cases that are famous so it looks like they are doing their job. If you are an unknown person, they won’t do anything for you. I opened a case with them over a year ago, and until now there hasn’t been a single update. Yet they always claim they are the best.
