Very bad and useless

Very useless.They will just take your deposit and keep quiet. I hired them 2 years ago .No assistance at all and my case is a simple one.Someone was refusing with a car that belongs to me, gave them all the details, would even tell them where the person is .I think their strategy is to get those R3500 which are non refundable as a deposit to as many people as they can.They also like taking credit for things they don't do.At some point I told them I was going to go get the car with another company, they asked if they can accompany us.I wouldn't recommend them, they very overrated on Facebook.Rather spend more money on another company that you sure is going to help Not them.
