Tshenono PI #*****,****mer

Hi Zanele, I'm sadden and disappointed that i have to result to this platform of communication, publishing my terrible experience with a company that portraited to be legit and with great service.

We as a family were/are going through a lot, my nephew was falsely accused for a crime and we thought Tshenolo would be able to assist us to prove his innocents but, we got the surprise of our lives. We reached out in February 2023, deposit paid up and now it's October 2023, no communication, update of any sort even after sending several follow up messages but i was ignored. I made calls but still nothing....it's sad for me because i always give "black people business" support since we all need to support each other but they always (well in my experience) disappoint, all i want is my refund but they are clearly refusing, the State has even dropped charges based on no evidence. I have asked them to send me proof/evidence that their "investigation officer" collected but they just blue ticked me yet i paid a lot of money. I'm disgusted to be honest THEY ARE A *****, ****MERS!
