I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Tshenolo Private Investigations. A major issue I encountered was the complete lack of continuous feedback regarding the progress of my case. Effective communication and transparency are crucial in this line of work, yet TPI failed to provide timely updates, leaving me in the dark throughout the entire process.

Their approach to customer service is far from client-centric. A company in this field should prioritise keeping clients informed and reassured, especially given the sensitive nature of investigative work. Unfortunately, TPI’s business practices suggest otherwise, as their response appears generic and does not address the specifics of their service failures.

Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tshenolo Private Investigations to anyone seeking reliable and client-focused investigative services. Their lack of proactive communication and overall approach to customer care does not instil confidence. I would advise potential clients to consider alternative service providers that truly value transparency and engagement.
