Paid for a service we never got.

In 2022 we paid for their service to track and find our ****** car, but after making payment, me and my partner constantly had to call them to find out about any updates. They never gave updates unless we asked for them or constantly had to follow them for updates. We are disappointed, because we wasted our money for a service we never got. Even till today no communication what so ever.
